Refund and Exchange Policy

 

If you are not happy with your artwork, you are able to return it within 14 days. After that we will not be able to offer you a full refund. Please note that we do not offer free refunds when returning via post.

 

Please return the artwork in the condition it arrived in. Exchanges of artworks may also be accepted within 14 days and the new artwork will be sent to you once we have received it. Please contact info@domenicamarland.com to choose which piece you would like to exchange.

Domestic Shipping

We ship items with a standard shipping rate. Orders are processed within 3-7 days and once shipped we send it via a 24 hour service with Royal Mail.  We are a small business so please be patient with us if your orders do not arrive as quickly as you might like.
