Tuftluck Studio, 'Buffalo Bill' 2021

In January 2021 Kara launched Tuft Luck, which showcases her extremely skilled handcrafted rug art. From her rug pieces she has also developed her designs into watercolour paintings and prints. In just a few short months, her beautiful designs caught the eye of Fashion Houses and Interior Designers alike, as well as musicians Miles Kane and Jamie Hince. Her imaginative, playful designs are inspired by old Western films, Seventies pop Culture, Vintage Pornography, Galloping Horses, Wanton Women & Cowboys.
